Video of Arrests inside Rayburn Building
Yesterday, activists attempted to attend the House Appropriations Committee hearing. This video shows Capitol police denying the people access, while packing the room with corporate lobbyists and Congressional staffers. The Democrats--who now control this committee-- didn't want the people to witness their crimes as they were assembled to vote for more money for the war.

Larry Everest of World Can't Wait then sat down and was arrested.

After denying activists the right to attend the hearing, cops attacked members of Code Pink and arrested Gael Murphy--charging her with assaulting a police officer.
